Saturday morning is our favourite catch up for the week. Class is held indoors and out, depending on weather/season. Great group of all people with all kinds of fitness levels. Most injuries can be catered for. Don't be frightened by the title. Catered for beginners through to all levels of fitness and ability. Together as a team we encourage and support each other.
Small Group Personal Training
Small group personal training is a great way to achieve your goals while sharing the experience and the cost with others. On days when you just don't feel like training, your fellow team mates encourage and support you through.

One on One Personal Training
If you are unable to make group sessions, or prefer some one on one attention, PTs maybe just what you need. In these sessions, I track your progress by measurements, fitness testing and by spending time focusing on nutrition through a healthy lifestyle eating plan. DIET is not the answer. Education, knowledge and motivation is the key to success.
